Schedule 70, Information Technology Professional Services
General Services Administration

The General Services Administration's government-wide acquisition contract for information technology is a multiple award contract known as Schedule 70. The schedule of prequalified vendors enables cost effective delivery of information technology and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. The vehicle's quick and convenient ordering procedures allow Federal, state and local agencies and activities to place orders directly with Attain. Under its GSA Schedule 70, Attain provides information technology professional services including, but not limited to, strategic IT planning, systems implementation, IT infrastructure support, applications management and maintenance, business process outsourcing, independent verification and validation, and systems security services.

Alliant/ Alliant Small Business

Alliant is a government-wide, multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies. With a five-year base, five-year option period and $50 billion ceiling, awards under Alliant provide for the procurement of any and all components of an integrated information technology solution, including all current and any new technologies that may emerge during the length of the contract. It also includes IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems.

CIO-SP2i
Chief Information Officer Solutions Partners to Innovation
National Institutes of Health

CIO-SP2i is an information technology services contract that provides a wide range of customized IT products, services and solutions for all federal agencies. It is focused on providing support services to help Chief Information Officers within various agencies deliver results and achieve their mission. Other service areas that the CIO-SP2i contract covers include outsourcing, IT operations and maintenance, integration services, critical infrastructure protection and information assurance, digital government, enterprise resource planning (ERP), clinical support, research and studies, and software development.

EAGLE
Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions
Department of Homeland Security

EAGLE is a $8 billion department-wide, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for acquiring information technology solutions to support the Department of Homeland Security in the following five functional categories: engineering design, development, implementation and integration; operations and maintenance; independent test, evaluation, validation and verification; software development; and management support services. The EAGLE contract vehicle was first awarded in 2006.

EAGLE II
Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II
Department of Homeland Security

EAGLE II is the next generation, indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity contract following the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) EAGLE contract. The objective of this follow-on vehicle is to provide IT support services to the Department in functional areas including service delivery of a full range of solutions to support development, implementation and maintenance of DHS technology, program support services to DHS offices and programs, and independent test, validation, verification and evaluation services to ensure quality performance of DHS IT products. Attain is currently pursuing Eagle II as a prime contractor in Functional Category 1 (FC1), service delivery.

ENCORE II
Defense Information Systems Agency

ENCORE II is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract that provides information technology solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and its customer organizations to support their functional requirements. Such requirements include DISA Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and mission support areas. The contract also supports all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG). Specific services available through ECORE II include enterprise IT policy and planning, integrated solutions management, performance benchmarking, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, market research and prototyping, information and knowledge engineering, application development, communications engineering, test and evaluation, among others.

ITES – 2
Information Technology Enterprise Solutions
U.S. Army

ITES – 2S is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract established by the U.S. Army Small Computer Program Office to support the Army’s strategic vision, mission, and objectives. The contract provides for the procurement of a full range of services and solutions to support the Army’s enterprise infrastructure and info-structure goals worldwide, including support services to meet its Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements.

Information Technology Support Services
Department of Justice

Department of Justice’s Information Technology Support Services contract is a multiple award contract that provides for large-scale systems integration acquisitions, as well as the procurement of integration, modification, and maintenance services for current systems used to fulfill various program needs within the Justice Department. Specifically, ITSS contracts include services that involve new application and new technologies development and implementation, and associated training and support.

NGB J7
National Guard Bureau Joint Doctrine, Training, and Force Development
Army National Guard Bureau

The National Guard Bureau Joint Doctrine, Training, and Force Development (NGB-J7) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is designed to support the Joint Doctrine, Education, Training, Exercises, and Lessons Learned relating to National Guard Joint Force Development. Specific NGB-J7 divisions supported under this BPA include: Directorate Support Staff (DSS), Joint Advanced Concepts and Doctrine (JAC), Joint Exercise Division (JED), Joint Training and Education (JTE) Division.  Functional knowledge areas included within the BPA are: Joint Doctrine, NGB Doctrine, federal and state/territory National Guard operations, joint military education, joint training, organizational development, learning psychology, curriculum design, and technologies for learning and organizational collaboration.

NIH BPA
Blanket Purchase Agreement
National Institutes of Health

Attain has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to provide information technology services, software and equipment. The BPA, effective July 30, 2010, covers a one-year period with no annual ceiling. Any qualified NIH buyer can use the BPA to expedite purchasing requirements, reducing administrative costs and time.

Program Management Support Services
U.S. Army Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information Systems

PMSS-2 is a department-wide, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract hosted by the Army to provide information technology and other services including systems design and review, earned value management, test planning, systems integration, and engineering support.

SeaPort-e
U.S. Navy

SeaPort-e refers to the U.S. Navy's electronic platform for procuring support services that cut across 22 of the department’s functional areas, which include engineering, financial management, and program management.  The department-wide, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract under SeaPort-e supports serves Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

VETS
Veterans Technology Services
Veterans Affairs

VETS, a government-wide acquisition contract vehicle, is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled, veteran-owned small technology firms. The contract provides for the procurement of a full range of information technology services, including 38 IT services and solutions areas such as emerging technologies, independent verification and validation, integration support, performance measures and metrics planning, supply chain management, telemedicine, test and evaluation, training, biometrics and disaster recovery, among others.
