SEC One IT

Securities and Exchange Commission

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) One IT program is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The One IT contract is expected to be the primary vehicle for the SEC to acquire information technology services over the next 10 years, and is valued at $2.5 billion.

Through One IT, the SEC can purchase a wide range of enterprise IT services for the agency across six channels, including platform and applications development, operations and maintenance, business solutions delivery, information security, data management and analytics, IT governance, and technology business management.

ITES-3S

Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services

The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services -- also known as “ITES-3S” -- is a multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) hybrid (cost, firm-fixed-price, and time-and-materials) contract that serves as the Army’s primary mechanism to acquire commercial IT services. ITES-3S has a ceiling value of up to $12.1 billion over the five-year base period of performance, with four, one-year options.

The overall objective of the ITES-3S contract is to provide industry best practice, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology integration and service management activities to the Army, other DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies including but not limited to, locations CONUS, OCONUS and warzone areas. CMS SPARC

Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract

The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is a cost-effective, innovative solution for procuring information technology (IT) professional services from a pool of partners experienced in working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The purpose of this contract is to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems.

SPARC is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), performance-based contract. It is available to all components within Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end.
