  • Implemented impact mapping and a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) prototype at a national security agency that resulted in reducing costs from $9 to $0.50 per transaction, optimizing workflows by 81%, and improving system efficiency from 20 seconds to 2 seconds per transaction 

  • Built a supercomputer and a high-performance computing Artificial Intelligence (AI) cluster which is one of the world's fastest supercomputers for a civilian government customer 

  • Transitioned and consolidated 120+ applications to a common framework for a large financial government agency, which helped the agency realize millions of dollars in documented cost savings and increased efficiency by reducing the average ticket response time from eight hours to 30 seconds 

  • Fully automated and streamlined all manual processes for an internationally-recognized athletic nonprofit by migrating the organization from a 20-year-old custom solution to Salesforce, resulting in seamless registration requests of up to 100 submissions per second while maintaining strict data integrity 

  • Facilitated access to state-of-the-art digital capabilities at a health agency to speed scientific discovery, support initiatives, and facilitate translational research and precision medicine for cancer studies 

  • Implemented several solutions across multiple schools for one of the nation’s top Ivy-league institutions, helping it achieve automation and efficiency goals for recruiting and retention across their student constituencies 

  • Provided functional and technical expertise to more than 10 stakeholder organizations within a military branch, with an end user base of over 250,000 supporting diverse missions across the globe 

  • Redesigned the online medical services application process for a program benefitting 9/11 first responders, which resulted in a 40% increase in approval time 

  • Implemented a fully integrated Salesforce solution tailored for fundraising and marketing for a major nonprofit, resulting in an increase in email deliverability to 97% and on-line fundraising increase by $4M+ during the first year 

  • Managed the Workday Financial Management implementation for a top-ranked, private business school creating long-term time and cost savings by configuring reporting capabilities that provide employees with 24/7 access to data, streamlining processes to create operational efficiencies, transitioning the college from paper-based to electronic and mobile expense report submissions, and building customized capabilities to eliminate redundancy
