Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
At Attain, we are committed to being a workplace that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). We recognize and appreciate the importance of creating an environment in which all team members feel valued, included, and empowered to do great work and bring their best ideas. And, we recognize that each employee’s unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints add value to our ability to create and deliver the best possible service to our clients.
Supporting our people, clients, and the communities in which we live and work has always been a central tenant of the Attain Way—who we are as a company and as a team—and has never been more relevant. It starts with us, treating each other and every person we serve with dignity, respect, compassion, and empathy. Diversity and inclusion matter to us and we believe deeply in our partnership with Amplify, whose mission is to empower underrepresented voices in technology and to create a world where those voices have equity and full representation.
We take very seriously the responsibility to positively impact our world, bringing about lasting change. To reinforce our dedicated focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities, Attain has established a DE&I Committee. Employee led, this group works closely with our firm’s senior leadership team to ensure alignment with our organization’s overall business strategy and is responsible for advising leadership on the company’s DE&I needs and the progress of diversity initiatives throughout the organization, including those that allow us to best reflect our diverse customer base. DE&I objectives, and progress toward achieving them, will be assessed annually to ensure advancement and impact, as well as alignment with strategic business objectives.
